5. Certified copy of a resolution authorizing the borrowing.
6. Company/Business profile.
7. Tax Compliance Certificate.
8. KRA PIN Certificate.
9. Business Permit/License.
10. Copy of Contract/LPO/LSO
11. Copy of Proforma Invoice (PI) or Invoice
12. Latest, Certified, six-month bank statement or Audited
Accounts.
13. Proof of Address.
14. Duly filled Kenels Bureau Business Loan Application Form.
15. Duly filled Kenels Bureau Business Plan Form
NOTE: -The Business MUST demonstrate steady cashflows.
-The monthly turnover, for the business, should NOT have declined
by more than 25% in the preceding 90 days.
